Steeple BR workshop dates are 24th/25th March 2010, in Cambridge (CARET, 16 Mill Lane, Cambridge CB2 1SB).

Both days are independent - you can attend either one or both!

= 24th March = 

This is a half day event, fitting in after the OER10 conference. The conference closes Wednesday mid-day, and our workshop will take up the afternoon (2pm - 5pm). The workshop is at CARET, 16 Mill Lane, Cambridge CB2 1SB.

Announcement: [http://www.opencastproject.org/project/matterhorn Matterhorn] is an open source platform to produce lecture recordings, manage existing video, serve distribution channels like iTunesU and YouTube EDU, and provide user interfaces to engage students with educational videos. The workshop is aimed at academics who have an interest in lecture recording, but is also suitable for technical staff wishing to obtain an overview of Matterhorn.

= 25th March = 

This is a full day, giving an in-depth introduction to [http://www.opencastproject.org/project/matterhorn Opencast Matterhorn]. Expect hands-on work in groups, rather than presentations!
