Not yet clear or defined… may be merging somehow with WP4.
Selected departments capturing podcasts via chosen solution using the established workflows for distribution via multiple channels including 3rd party services like iTunes U.
A technical review of the pilot system can be done to show how the small number of media production units can scale and grow to encompass lecture room capture and ad-hoc creation that a full enterprise solution will need to address.
Bjoern This is a 'review point', where we check that everything is working as it should, and it deployable from a service perspective. Need to decide what's not doable from a service perspective, but the rest cna then move into service.
