Community questions:

• Statistics - how much traffic are we all getting on our web portals and iTunes sites?
• CC release form. Suppose a lecturer doesn't want to sign a blanket release form, but they are happy to release their content under CC - how does that get written down?

Bjoern's questions:

• Uniform metadata feeds - what do the various feeds that go to itunes, or to portals need to look like?

Organisational questions:

• Governance of steeple-br, both during and after the project
• Relations with other initiatives (ELTAC, PPP)
• Which mailing list service to use -> JISCmail probably best.
• What's best in terms of online meetings and webinars? There's various things we could do (and that work well), but people may have preferences.
• Hosting the demo environment - what hardware will we have, and where will it go?
