Talk:Accessibility requirements for podcasting-related media

1.1 - Think we need to find a way to link into other technical uses for transcriptions here, with references to improved metadata and searching options, as well as related topics such as OCR data from slide based video. There's also potential to link into work on the OpenSpires project with reference to this. And we need to find and relate to a section that talks about how transcripts are produced.

1.2 - We could do with adding reference to translation based subtitles too for systems that look into using alternative languages with captioning

1.4 - is making me ponder ways to make video production including signed performances easier... a mixing of two video feeds, chroma keying, etc
