[edit] 1.1 Steeple Workshop - July 1st 2011
This free one day event on the 1st of July will be a summit of media managers and practitioners from around the UK focussed on bringing together representatives from media services and HE communication departments / IT services. One of the day’s themes will be looking at the viability of shared services within the sector and the opportunities of third-party cloud services to help with audio and video production. The event will attract a wide set of FE & HE institutions with a particular welcome to new delegates interested in institutional media capture and delivery. Talks will be made available after the event. Event twitter tag: #steeple
